Article 1 (Purpose)

The terms and conditions of use and procedures for all services provided by the uknara site (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"),
The purpose is to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of uknara and users.

Article 2 (Effect and Change of Terms and Conditions)
① These Terms and Conditions shall become effective by announcing them through the uknara Online Service and other means.
② In the event of an important reason for uknara's circumstances, the contents of these terms and conditions may be changed without prior notice, and the changed terms and conditions shall become effective by announcing them in the same manner as in paragraph (1).
③ It takes effect by announcing it in the same way as in the clause.
④ If a member disagrees with the changed terms and conditions, he/she may request membership withdrawal, and if he/she continues to use the service even after the effective date of the changed terms and conditions, he/she shall change the terms and conditions. You are considered to have agreed.

Article 3 (Criteria outside the terms and conditions)

Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the Framework Act on Telecommunications, the Telecommunications Business Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Use, and other relevant statutes.

Article 4 (Definition of Terminology)

The key terms used in this Agreement are defined as follows:
1. Basic member: It refers to a person who has signed a service use contract with uknara and has been granted a user ID (ID).
Non-member: It refers to a person who uses the service without signing up for a member.
2. Operator: A person selected by uknara for the overall management and smooth operation of the service.

Article 5 (Conclusion of a contract for use)
① The civil and criminal responsibility arising from the infringement of the copyright of others by the user's posts shall be borne entirely by the user.

Article 6 (UKNARA Copyright Takedown Policy)

1. User-Generated Content
UKNARA operates a community platform where users may upload content, including images, text, and videos.  
All content uploaded by users remains the responsibility of the individual who submitted it.  
UKNARA, as the platform operator, does not pre-screen or control user submissions.

2. Copyright Infringement Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been uploaded to our platform without permission, please contact us immediately:  
Email: admin@uknara.co.uk  
Include the following in your notice:
  - Identification of the copyrighted work
  - URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content
  - Your contact information
  - A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised

3. Takedown Procedure
Upon receipt of a valid copyright infringement notice, UKNARA will:
  - Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content
  - Notify the user who uploaded the content, if applicable
  - Retain records of the notice and removal for compliance purposes

4. Repeat Infringers
UKNARA may suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing content.

5. Disclaimer
UKNARA assumes no responsibility for the content uploaded by users before a valid notice is received.  
Our platform complies with UK copyright law and the E-Commerce Directive “safe harbor” provisions.
